Loading items into your catalog.
Many of these features are optional but available for your needs. You can choose to utilize video, standard images, item title, description, track a consignor, set a starting bid or reserve etc. Our system is flexible to suit your needs.
Once you've loaded your items into the catalog you'll activate your auction to start accepting bids up until the live auction. It is recommended that you give this process as much time as possible and it's best to have your items uploaded three months prior to the auction. This allows the internet to go to work for you by attracting search engine traffic to your auction.
When the time comes to have your auction all you'll need to do is log into your account and click on your clerking council link. This link will result in the following very easy to use form. Click Here to view the clerking screen.
